SOURCE DEED: This is the same land and property as conveyed by LEAMON E. MALONE and RHEA M. MALONE by Warranty Deed to JACKSON H. WITTJEN, dated March 10, 2000, and recorded in Land Deed Book 308, at page 95 in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Marshall County, Mississippi.

Subject to any and all easements, restrictions, covenants and mineral reservations of record.

You have been made a respondent in the Petition to Determine Heirs at Law and Wrongful Death Beneficiaries filed within the Court by Jennifer Shirleen Worley, Administratrix of the Estate of Jefferson Leroy Worley seeking a judicial determination of the rightful heirs at law of Jefferson Leroy Worley, deceased.

You are summoned to appear and defend against said petition filed against you in this action at 9:30 o’clock A.M. on the 10th day of April, 2006, at the Marshall County Courthouse, Holly Springs, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the things demanded in the petition. You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
