In order to comply with Section 192.614-CFR dealing with pipeline safety regulations as set forth by the U.S.D.O.T. the Town of Byhalia has a program which provides for adequate safety procedures in the event of excavation activities in the vicinity of natural gas pipelines. Any individual firm or public service body planning any excavation operation within the corporate limits of the Town of Byhalia or any area served with gas by the Town of Byhalia should contact City Hall at 662-838-2135 during normal working hours or the Mississippi One Call Center at 1-800-227-6477 and provide pertinent information about planned excavation activities.

For the purpose of this program "excavation activities" shall include blasting, boring, tunneling, backfilling, the removal of above ground structures by either explosives or mechanical means and other earth moving operations.

TRUSTEE’S LAND SALE NOTICE

On November 18, 1998 Samuel K. Woodall, executed a Purchase Money Deed of Trust, recorded in Marshall County, Holly Springs, Mississippi land records, Land Trust Deed Book 248, Page 56 conveying hereinafter described land to Lynda M. Davis, Trustee, securing their note to Landman, Inc., a Mississippi Corporation, Oliver M. Burch, President.

Debtor defaulted and legal holder accelerated the note and requested foreclosure.

As Trustee, in lawful hours, at the South door of Marshall County, Mississippi Courthouse on March 29, 2005, I will sell to highest cash bidder at public outcry the following land in Marshall County, Mississippi.

Lot number 65 of Cayce Lakes Subdivision, containing 3.64 acres, located in Section 34, Township 1 South, Range 4 West, Marshall County, Mississippi. A plat of said subdivision is recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of said County in Plat File 825-A-B.

Purchaser shall pay his bid in cash at sale. I will convey only my title as Trustee.
