Farrises
return from New Orleans; Frannie attends ball with Robbie
Simpson
Susan, Jimmy
and Rob Warren visited in the home of her sister and
husband, Stacey and Bill Pace, in Hattiesburg. They
were joined by the Warrens daughter and husband,
Alexis and Clay Williams, of Ocean Springs. They all
attended a surprise 50th birthday celebration for Stacey
Pace on Friday, January 28, at the Canebrake Country
Club.
Jerry
Hasselman of Clinton was the visitor of his mother,
Geraldine Gholson, last week.
Bea and
Jimmye Dale Green have just returned from visiting their
new grandson, Henry Hasselman Green, in Washington, DC.
Henry is the son of Kate and John Green and the little
brother of Jack.
Charlie,
Jane and Frannie Farris spent the weekend in New Orleans,
La. Frannie returned as a lady-in-waiting at the Prophets
of Persia Mardi Gras Ball. Her escort for the evening was
Robby Simpson.
Austin
Thomas of Olive Branch was the guest of Caitlyn Brooks on
Saturday. Constance Ann Lanier was the Saturday visitor
of Kay Wheeler.
Eleanor
Horton of Collierville, Tenn., visited with her
grandmother, Eleanor Coopwood, on Monday.
Dorothy
Warren spent the weekend in Memphis, Tenn., with her
sister, Mrs. William C. Schadrack, Jr.
Rev. and
Mrs. Glenn Shaws of Sumrall were guests of Mr. and Mrs.
Mike Roman last week.

Miss Lesley
West to wed Binion Langus March 19
Mr. and Mrs.
Herbert Leonard West Jr. of Stockton, Ala. are pleased to
announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their
daughter, Lesley West, to Binion Clark Langus of Mobile,
Ala., the son of Mr. and Mrs. John Clemence Langus Jr.
(Rita Cochran).
Binion is
the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Vadah
Cochran Sr. of Holly Springs.
Miss West
graduated from St. Pauls Episcopal School in Mobile
and attended Auburn University.
Mr. Langus
graduated from St. Pauls Episcopal School and
received a bachelor of science degree from the University
of Alabama. He is employed in Mobile by Health Care
Services Group.
The couple
will exchange vows March 19, 2005 at Spring Hill
Presbyterian Church in Mobile with a reception following
at Stewartfield at Spring Hill College.
Births
Keel
Jeremy and Amber Keel of Columbus announce the arrival of
a son, Bryce Alexander Keel, born Jan. 17, 2005. He
weighed eight pounds, nine ounces and was 21 inches long.
Grandparents
are Cas and Joyce Keel of Laws Hill and Samuel and
Carolyn Inmon.
Watkins
Macy and Megan Watkins of Potts Camp are proud to
announce the birth of their little sister, Marlee Paige,
born Dec. 27, 2004 at St. Francis Hospital in Memphis,
TN. Parents are Richard and Suzanne Watkins.
Paternal
grandparents are Ricky and Theresa Watkins of Potts Camp.
Maternal grandparents are Gene and Rita ODaniel of
Southaven.
