NOTICE is hereby given to all persons interested in, affected by, or having objections to the proposed annexation of the property described hereinafter, that the hearing on the Petition for Confirmation of the Alteration of the Boundaries of the Town of Byhalia, Mississippi will be held at 9:30 oclock, a.m., on Friday, December 9, 2005, in the Marshall County Courthouse, Holly Springs, Mississippi, being the day and place fixed therefore by the Order of the Chancery Court of Marshall County, Mississippi. All such persons will have the right to appear and enter their objections, if any, to the proposed annexation. The property proposed to be annexed by said Town is described on the attached Exhibit A hereto.

The City of Holly Springs will hold a public meeting on November 15, 2005 at 5:30 p.m. at 160 South Memphis Street on the 2nd floor of City Hall in the board room. WHEREAS, on October 27, 1998, Lawanda Wilson and Eddie S. Wilson executed a certain deed of trust to Holcomb & Dunbar, Trustee for the benefit of NF Investments, Inc. which deed of trust is of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Marshall County, State of Mississippi in Book 243 at Page 277; and

WHEREAS, said Deed of Trust was subsequently assigned to Alaska Seaboard Partners Limited Partnership, A Delaware Limited Partnership by instrument dated October 13, 2005 and recorded in Book 88 at Page 36 of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk's office; and

WHEREAS, Alaska Seaboard Partners Limited Partnership, A Delaware Limited Partnership has heretofore substituted J. Gary Massey as Trustee by instrument dated October 14, 2005 and recorded in the aforesaid Chancery Clerk's Office in Book 394 at Page 155; and
