  • BAND MEETING The Holly Springs Band Booster Club meeting will be held Mon., Oct. 17, 5 p.m. in the band hall. All band members’ parents are asked to attend, business of importance.

  • SPAY/NEUTER PROGRAM The Marshall County Humane Society’s low cost spay/neuter program will be open at 646 Old Hwy 78 E. Call 252-6196 for the necessary appointment. We will be celebrating the sixth birthday of the program.

  • CONFERENCES Holly Springs Primary School, Oct. 19, 1-6 p.m., parent teacher conferences. All parents are asked to please come out and pick up their child’s report card.

October 20

  • PTA MEETING H.W. Byers monthly PTA meeting will be held Oct. 20, 6-7 p.m. in the school cafeteria. Everyone in the community is invited.

  • Homecoming and revival will be held at Holly Hills Baptist Church with Bro. Playto Shepherd from Kansas as guest speaker. The featured group will be the Bluff City Quartet. Homecoming services begin at 11 a.m. Sunday and revival services nightly at 7 p.m.
