HSI sponsors Book Bag Drive

Holly Springs Intermediate School is sponsoring a Book Bag Drive to benefit the victims of Hurricane Katrina.

The drive started September 16 and ends Friday, Oct. 7. Specific school supplies have been designated for each grade level to donate.

Third grade – paper and blunt-tip scissors; Fourth grade – folders and crayons; Fifth grade – erasers and markers; Sixth Grade – pencils and glue sticks.

Any person interested is encouraged to donate a book bag. Items donated may be sent to school by students or carried to the school’s parent center. If there are questions, contact the principal at 252-2329.
