Clydesdale golf tournament raises money for Hurricane Katrina victims

The Clydesdale Christmas Store golf tourney drew 30 teams to Kirkwood Golf Course last week. Proceeds from the tourney, a major fund-raiser for the charity, will all go to help victims of Hurricane Katrina.

Marshall County couple pleads guilty to embezzling thousands from employer

Shelby County, Tenn., District Attorney Bill Gibbons announced Monday that a Slayden, Miss., couple pleaded guilty to embezzling more than $199,000 dollars from their employer, Memphis Pediatrics, PLLC, over a 34 month period.
