SocietyCity Personals Family and friends honor Eleanor Algee on birthday Jeff and Marie Leonard of Thomasville, NC, spent part of the weekend with his uncle, Gene Leonard. Eleanor Algees family treated her to a birthday dinner at OCharleys in Memphis on Friday night. Those attending were Doug and Vickie Teel, Megan and Colter Teel, Kasie Thomas, Lola Dickerson and Jean Lafever. Everyone had a wonderful time together celebrating her birthday. Episcopalians from near and far gathered in Canton over the weekend. Those from here who attended were Rev. Bruce McMillan, Carey and Donald Crain, Charley McClatchy, John Peaches, Billy and Tammy Cupp and Becky Cupp. The group was joined by Dr. Ben Seale for dinner on Friday night and Saturday for the meetings. Sims will wed Saturday, September 10, 2005 at 3 p.m. at St. Paul MB Church in Byhalia. Shelia is the daughter of Sandra and Earnest Liggins of Byhalia. She is the paternal granddaughter of Annie Liggins and maternal granddaughter of Mildred Crutcher of Byhalia. She is employed as a quality manager for PFSWEB in Memphis, Tenn. She received a BS in business management from the University of Memphis and is currently pursuing a master of science and management degree at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Memphis. Carl is the son of the late Edward Sims and Lizzie Sims Davis of Marianna. He is a 1987 graduate of Holly Springs High School and is currently leased with Central Transport as an owner operator. A reception will be held at Dreamland USA in Holly Springs at 5 p.m. All family and friends are invited. After a honeymoon in Montego Bay, Jamaica the couple will make their home in Holly Springs. Proud aunts and uncles are Melanie and Brad Lott of Hernando, Keith and Aundrea Mills of Olive Branch, and Kevin and Jeannette Johnson of Potts Camp. Excited cousins are Laura Lott and Caden Johnson. Our family friends Richard, Christy, Tanner and Conner Woods of Potts Camp are happy about his arrival. We love our little brother very much and are very thankful for him.
