Springs Primary School will host its annual Back
to School/Open House night on Wednesday, August
24, from 6-8 p.m. in the schools activity
building. We are encouraging all parents to come
out and meet your childs teacher, visit the
classroom, and discuss any issues or concerns.

- JOINT REUNION
Marshall Academy classes of 1994,1995 and 1996
will hold joint reunion activities on Saturday,
August 27. A picnic at Kirkwood National Golf
Club will begin at 11 a.m. Cost is $10 per
adult, $5 per child. An evening event will also
be held at Kirkwood beginning at 8 p.m. Cost is

annual Memory Walk to fight the battle against

- FLEA MARKET The
Northwest Side Civic Club is hosting a flea
market on Sat., Sept. 17 starting at 7 a.m.
until. All venders are invited to set up a booth.
Inside booths are $15 and outside are $10.
Concessions will be open at 6 a.m. All proceeds
will go towards the re-opening of the ball field.

today. The civic club is located just off Hwy
310, at the Piney Point sign, about 12 miles from

- HOMECOMING will be

South. Sunday School, 9:45 a.m., worship 11:00
a.m. Fellowship dinner after morning services,
followed by preaching and singing. All are
welcome.

- MEETING Collins
Hurdle Post No. 5697 and Ladies Auxiliary will
hold their regular stated meeting on the third
Monday night, 6 p.m. at the Post Home.

- BAKE SALE Lessye Lee
Davis 4-H Club will hold their annual bake sale
at Wal-Mart, 8 a.m. until the desserts run out.
We accept donations. Recruitment booth, parents
