WHEREAS, on March 27, 2002, Joe Dabbs and wife, Pam Dabbs, executed a Deed of Trust under the terms of which the hereinafter described land was conveyed to Springer Mobile Homes as trustee for Henry Bullard and wife, Josephine Bullard, to secure the payment to Henry Bullard and wife, Josephine Bullard of a certain indebtedness therein mentioned and described, which said Deed of Trust is recorded in Deed of Trust Book 301 at pages 491-496 of the record of trust deeds in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Marshall County, Mississippi, in his office in Holly Springs, Mississippi; and
