SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE

WHEREAS, on June 7, 2002, Pamela Brunson executed a Deed of Trust to John M. Mercer as Trustee for the benefit of Saxon Mortgage, Inc., which Deed of Trust was recorded in Deed of Trust Book 305, Page 636 in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Marshall County, Mississippi; and

WHEREAS, Saxon Mortgage, Inc. assigned said Deed of Trust to Bankers Trust Company as Custodian pursuant to an Assignment of Deed of Trust dated June 7, 2002 and recorded in Book 73, Page 558 in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Marshall County, Mississippi; and

WHEREAS, Bankers Trust Company subsequently merged into Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas; and

WHEREAS, Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas (f/k/a Bankers Trust Company) as Custodian, the holder of said Deed of Trust and the Note secured thereby, substituted J. Kizer Jones as Trustee therein in place of the afore-mentioned original Trustee and substituted Trustee, as authorized by the terms thereof, as evidenced by an instrument dated May 2, 2005, and recorded in Book 382, Page 175 in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Marshall County, Mississippi; and

WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said Deed of Trust, and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared to be due and payable, and the legal holder of said indebtedness, Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas (f/k/a Bankers Trust Company) as Custodian, having requested the undersigned Substitute Trustee to execute the trust and sell said land and property in accordance with the terms of said Deed of Trust for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder, together with attorney's fees, Substitute Trustee's fees and expenses of sale.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, J. Kizer Jones, Substitute Trustee, will on July 7, 2005, offer for sale at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, within legal hours (between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.) at the South door of the Marshall County Courthouse in Holly Springs, Mississippi, the following-described property:

Farm 13, Circle "B" Farms, located in Section 17, Township 3 South, Range 4 West, as shown on plat of record in Plat File 877A in the Chancery Clerk's Office of Marshall County, Mississippi, to which plat reference is hereby made for a more particular description of said property.

Title to the above described property is believed to be good, but I will convey only such title as vested in me as Substitute Trustee.

Invitation for Bids

The Housing Authority of the City of Holly Springs is now accepting bids for re-roofing of 40 apartments located at 289 West Valley Street in the City of Holly Springs.

Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. local standard time June 30, 2005 at the office of the Holly Springs Housing Authority located at 700 Highway 4 East. Bids may be mailed to Attention: Executive Director, P.O. Box 550, Holly Springs, MS 38635.

Bidding documents are available upon request at the office or by telephone 662-252-2971. Any questions or inquiries should be directed to Alfred Moore.

A certified check or bank draft payable to the Holly Springs Housing Authority or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder equal to (5%) of the bid amount should be submitted with each bid.

The successful bidder will be required to provide a bond for 100% of the bid amount or a certified check for 20% of the bid amount and provide a Mississippi Certificate of Responsibility Number.

The Housing Authority of the City of Holly Springs reserves the right to reject any or all bids.

WHEREAS, on the 7th day of April, 1997, Emmitt Woodson and Maxine Tucker, executed and delivered a certain Deed of Trust unto Thomas F. Baker, IV, Trustee for FT Mortgage Companies d/b/a First Tennessee Mortgage Company, Inc., Beneficiary, to secure an indebtedness therein described, which Deed of Trust is recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Marshall County, Mississippi in Book 221 at Page 395; and

WHEREAS, by various assignments on record said Deed of Trust was ultimately assigned to FT Mortgage Companies, dba First Tennessee Mortgage Company, Inc. by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Book 85 at Page 79; and

I will only convey such title as is vested in me as Substitute Trustee.
