  • ALL NIGHT PARTY! Fri., June 10, Relay for Life, Sam Coopwood Park, from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. Marshall County’s fundraiser for the American Cancer Society. Food, games, live music, competitions, something for everyone. Everyone is welcome!

  • MEETING Republican meeting, June 11, 10 a.m. at Northcentral EPA meeting room, in Byhalia. “Fahrenheit 911” will be shown.
  • SINGING New Hope Baptist Church, Hwy. 72, Slayden, will be having a gospel singing Saturday night June 11, starting at 7 p.m. Featured singers will be Rocky Ewing And Chosen Few from Red Bay, Alabama.   • EVENING SERVICES Sun., June 12, Friendship Baptist Church, Old Hernando Rd., will begin evening services and congregational singing at 5 p.m. Bro. Charles Knight and members invite all.
  • HOMECOMING Red Banks Baptist Church, June 12, beginning with Sunday School at 10 a.m., followed by worship service at 11 a.m. Lunch served after worship and special music will follow lunch. The church is located north of Hwy 78 at the Red Banks exit.

  • VBS First Southern Baptist Church hosts VBS, June 13-17, 6:00-8:30 p.m. Ages 3-12 are welcome. The church is located on Hwy. 178 in Victoria.
  • TENT REVIVAL Mt. Sinai COGIC Outreach Ministry will host a tent revival, Mon., June 13-July 1 on new church grounds. Several guest speakers. Services start at 7 p.m. nightly. Everyone is invited. Elder Curtis Pritchard, pastor.
  • VBS Calvin Chapel United Methodist Church, June 13-17, 6-7:30 p.m.

  • Farmer’s Market Meeting On June 14 at 6:30 p.m. a planning session will be held for the Marshall County Area Farmer’s Market. The meeting will be held at the Marshall County Extension Service located at 810 Hwy 178 East in Holly Springs.
