All bids should be sealed with name, address and phone number on the bid.

(b) That there are no heirs of Raymond Clifton Brown, Sr. other than those named in his will.

You are summoned to appear and defend against the petition in this action at 9:00 o’clock A.M. on the 24th day of June, 2005 in the Courtroom of the County court at Holly springs, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the relief sought in the petition.

NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE

WHEREAS, on the 7th day of November, 2001, VIRGINIA D. HEFNER, executed and delivered a land deed of trust to Jennifer L.
