Banks, executed a Purchase Money Deed of Trust, recorded in Marshall County, Holly Springs, Mississippi land records, Land Trust Deed Book 315, Page 337 conveying hereinafter described land to Lynda M. Debtor defaulted and legal holder accelerated the note and requested foreclosure.

On the 28th day of June, 2001, Audrey Wright and Sammie Wright executed a Land Deed of Trust, conveying certain lands to Dorothy Walton, Trustee for use and benefit of Scott Robinson, of Marshall County, securing a debt therein mentioned, recorded in Trust Deed Book 290, at pages 239-240, and

WHEREAS, default having been made in payments of indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust and holder having requested the undersigned to do so, on the 3rd day of June, 2005, I will during legal hours, at public outcry, offer for sale and will sell, at the south door of the Marshall County Courthouse in Holly Springs, Mississippi, for cash or cashier’s check, to the highest bidder, the following described land and property:
