Sealed bids will be received by the Mississippi Department of Transportation Commission, Jackson, MS until 10:00 oclock a.m. Tuesday, January 25, 2005, to remove and replace failed concrete areas on US 78 from the end of the HMA near the Ingram Mills Interchange, to west of Holly Springs, known as Federal Aid Project No. STP-0006-01(064)/103072, in the counties of DeSoto and Marshall, State of Mississippi.

SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEES NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, on October 22, 1999, MELVIN L. COLEMAN (single) executed a Deed of Trust to W. AND WHEREAS, this Deed of Trust was ultimately assigned to Mid-State Trust (X), a business trust, and Walter Mortgage Company by instrument recorded in Book 84, Pages 167-168 in the Office of the Chancery Clerk aforesaid;
AND WHEREAS, Mid-State Trust (X) a business trust, appointed Grant M. Fox as Substituted Trustee in the place and stead of the aforesaid Trustee, by instrument recorded in Book 367, Page 99, in the office of the Chancery Clerk aforesaid;

Please be advised that sealed bids will be received by the Board of Supervisors, Marshall County, Mississippi, in the office of the County Administrator, Courthouse, Post Office Box 219, Holly Springs, Mississippi 38635 (662) 252-7903 until 10:00 A.M. Monday, February 7, 2005 and thereafter publicly opened for the contractual right of any food service provider to supply the Marshall County Jail for one year with meals for inmates. Bids must be made for the preparation of the meals for the County Jail Inmates.
Bidders shall conform to all local, state, and federal rules and regulations laws and orders with respect to preparing meals for inmates confined in the Marshall County Jail. Meals will follow a four week cycle menu as developed by a registered dietician. The menu including revisions or modifications will meet or exceed the "Recommended Dietary Allowance of the National Academy of Sciences," and are to be reviewed annually for nutritional adequacy. The master menu will provide for three meals daily, of which two must be hot.
It shall be part of the contract between the County and the accepted bidder that meals may be inspected at any time without prior notice by authorized personnel of governmental entities.
The Bid, if accepted shall allow the Marshall County Jail the right to purchase meals at the bid prices accepted by the Board of Supervisors, Marshall County, Mississippi and further that said bids shall not be withdrawn during the period of acceptance once submitted.
The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all formalities in the best interest of the County.
SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEES NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, on April 11, 2003, L. C. Miller, an unmarried woman and Janie Turnage, an unmarried woman, executed a deed of trust to Prestige Title, Inc., trustee for the benefit of "MERS" Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., which deed of trust is recorded in Deed of Trust Book 325 at Page 726 in the office of the Chancery Clerk of the County of Marshall, State of Mississippi; and
WHEREAS, the aforesaid, "MERS" Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., the holder of said deed of trust and the note secured thereby, substituted John C. Underwood, Jr., as Trustee therein, as authorized by the terms thereof, by instrument dated September 24, 2004 and recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Book 369 at Page 694; and
